It has been good to receive services from Pawspace for our golden retriever. I booked 3 bath package on the app and got a decent deal on the price too. The only issue is sometimes they don't reach on time and ask to change the slots... But once they come the service is good. I tried the body trimming service and although the trim wasn't the smoothest, we are happy that we don't have to deal with the mess that happens through shedding. They do a decent job of cleaning up after all their services and I appreciate that...plan to use them regularly.
Worst pet taxi service ever had . Then want to charge money before service. We had booked paw space pet taxi for 8 pets and they recommended to take 2 taxis we were. Ok with that and we were 4 passengers . There were 4 adults and 4 puppies .They have sent 2 citron 4 seater very compact car .we couldn’t accommodate and we had very big hassle such poor service despite informing them on call they have done this . Drivers were patient at beginning then later they were impatient . Literally no place

Most irresponsible and unprofessional people. Beware of these people who indirectly kill your pets in name of grooming. My Persian Cat skin was infected after their grooming. Inspite requesting not to spray perfume they did and infected my cat. Very unprofessional their employee Dinesh , he even called at night 12. Please don’t hurt your pets. Try calling Pawspace hardly you will get connected to calls, only whatsup..
I recently used Pawspace for transporting one of my rescue dogs to the railway station. Despite heavy rains and significant traffic delays, the driver named "Sagar" remained patient and communicative throughout the journey. Had an amazing experience for home boarding with PawSpace. Left my pet with Vani for 10 days for home boarding and she was very professional. Took very good care of my dog. She is very experienced in handling and taking care of pets. Sent photos and videos regularly, ensured to follow truffles routine and treated her like a family member. Special instructions were also followed and taken care of. I am very satisfied with the services and will definitely keep my dog with Vani when I go out next time as well.

I strongly advise against using their services for boarding your pets due to serious issues we encountered.Originally, I planned to board my puppy at PawSpace, but a last-minute problem led us to board a friend's 2-month-old pup, Kobe, instead. We placed Kobe in their care this past Saturday, intending to pick him up today. The boarding location was at the CEO's residence, managed by Shweta.Before boarding, I confirmed whether any adult dogs were present at her home. Shweta assured me that her two older pets were gentle and docile. However, this morning, while she was preoccupied with her children, Kobe was left unsupervised in the living room with her dogs. Tragically, her German Shepherd attacked Kobe, resulting in a broken jawbone and torn gums. Kobe is now suffering, continuously bleeding, and in extreme discomfort.For a business specializing in pet boarding, I expected much more professionalism and care. This incident clearly shows a lack of supervision and inadequate safety measures for the animals in their charge. Please consider this experience before entrusting your beloved pets to PawSpace. Had booked a taxi for my two kittens from home to Cubbon Park and the ride was absolutely fun. It was their first ride and both my kittens enjoyed it.Best part was the driver. He was extremely friendly and kind with them.
Used pet grooming services. The guys who came were good and took care of the job well. Punctuality is a challenge, initially I booked for Saturday 4pm. Since no one turned up I enquired at 5 to which they said the person will come by 6. At 6 I got a call that the person cannot make it and asked if they can send on Sunday 9 am and offered a discount of 500 rupees. Sunday again the guy came at 9.45. Services are good. They also have a anniversary offer with Drools and gave some complimentary stuffs

I tried the Pawspace pet taxi service with my foster puppy , Rocket . And it was an excellent experience . The cab arrived on time , the driver was very professional and comfortable with the dog . The cab was well sanitised and fresh .I’d highly recommend Pawspace , if you are looking for a stress free and convenient option to travel with your pets . As we know its quite challenging getting a regular cab with your pet . You are often rejected , not welcomed and the driver might not be comfortable around a pet at all. Which is risky to everyone travelling.

Vamshi and Niranjan handled my 3 month old Maltipoo, Archie with utmost care. I opted for the premium package and it included brushing, haircut, nails clipping, bathing and many more. They were very calm and did not lose their cool even when my puppy got excited. Archie looks so much better now and his first grooming experience was made to be the best and all thanks to Pawspace❤️

Excellent service by Pawspace. I had an emergency and needed pet sitting services urgently for my 2 dogs at home. They were very prompt and quick in arranging the sitter. Sumanth was very good and caring with both my dogs and got along very well. He was accommodating and was quite patient and looked after the dogs very well at my home.
