If there’s full cancellation, the amount will be refunded completely. Kindly share your bank details with us and our team will initiate the refund.
In the event of a partial cancellation, the refund will be initiated only after adjusting the discount.
For example:
If you book a service for 10 days but wish to cancel after 5 days, a refund will be initiated after adjusting the discounted amount.
Incase of cancellation, we provide the option of a PawSpace wallet(if you do not wish to take a refund) which means you can decide if you want to transfer the amount to the wallet which can be used to avail our services in the future
